Our process

A structured approach to stronger team performance.

01 · Establish the objectives

Clarify the business objectives, what has been trialled and where performance is falling short.

02 · Hear the perspectives

Interview the stakeholders involved to understand what is happening in practice.

03 · Assess the patterns

Analyse the responses through a structured, psychology-informed framework.

04 · Discuss the gaps and suggested actions

Discuss the findings with management and recommend specific changes to bridge the gap.

You receive a report with redacted stakeholder feedback, scoring and clear action items, followed by a discussion with management to agree priorities.

Ongoing support

Implementation support and progress reviews are available as an ongoing next step.

Before getting started.

How does the assessment differ from team training?

The starting point is the performance gap, not a training package. Interviews and psychology-informed analysis identify recurring patterns before actions are recommended.

How are staff conversations handled?

Participants are told how their information will be used and what confidentiality covers. Reports focus on relevant evidence and recurring patterns, with limits explained.

How is the right package chosen?

The discovery call clarifies the priorities, teams involved and support required. A scope and proposal are agreed before work begins.

Find the right starting point

A conversation helps clarify the performance gap, the people involved and the support your business needs.
